Invitation to Tender

Bid Announcement No. SSNT-T648

Ethiopian Airlines Group (ETG) intends to conduct bid for the selection of potential Honey producers for onboard passenger service and Ethiopian Skylight Hotel under contractual basis.

Hence, ETG invites all interested and eligible Bidders who can meet the requirements stated here under:

Any Legally established bidder with renewed business license valid for 2018 E.C., VAT Registration certificate, taxpayer certificate and have one (1) year and above working experience can participate on the bid.

Interested bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T648 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the address below and will get the Tender document by the return email.

Bidders shall furnish bid security in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of ETB 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand ETB) from banks in the name of "Ethiopian Airlines Group". Any Insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted.

The sealed bid document must be submitted in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer and Bid Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines Group, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section on November 06, 2026 at 2:30pm. The technical bid will be opened the same date at 3:00pm at Addis Ababa Ethiopian Airlines headquarter in the bidding room around old HRM Building in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
