Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Manufacture, Supply and Installation of Eighteen (18) Metal Guard Houses for DBE Districts and Branches.
1. Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents;
- ii. Renewed trade license
- iii. TIN Certificate
- iv. VAT Registration Certificate
- v. Valid Tax clearance certificate
- vi. General Metal Works or General Metal and Aluminum Work or Grade 7 BC or GC
2. Bidders shall submit bid security as detailed herein below:

3. Interested bidders shall Purchase complete set of bidding documents beginning from October 1, 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500 (Birr Five Hundred Only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II, Ground floor and collect the Soft Copy of bidding document from Capital Goods Procurement Division.
5. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before October 21, 2026 at 10:00 A.M (in the morning) at the Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office.
5. The Bid's shall be opened on the above mentioned address, on October 21, 2026 at 10:05 A.M (in the morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.

7. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in the sealed envelope.
8. The language of Tender shall be English.
9. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
