INVITATION TO NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB)

1. Awash Insurance S.C. invites interested and eligible bidders for the procurement of under listed Items:

2. A complete set of bidding documents, prepared in English, shall be obtained from the Procurement, Logistics and Property Administration Department of Awash Insurance S.C., located at Awash Towers, 5th Floor, commencing September 28, 2026, during working hours Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1,000.00 deposited into Awash Insurance S.C., Account No. 01151115000000.
3. Bidders shall submit One (1) Original and One (1) Copy each of the Technical and Financial Proposals, duly completed, signed, and stamped, with the Bid Security submitted separately. Enclose all documents in one sealed large outer envelope and deposit it in the bid box prepared for this purpose at the Procurement, Logistics and Property Administration Department, 5th Floor, Awash Towers, on or before October 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
4. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) issued by a recognized bank in an acceptable form as specified in the bidding document and must be valid for at least 120 days from the date of opening of the Technical Proposal.
5. The Technical Proposals shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who want to attend on October 9, 2026 at 8:30 at 5th Floor, meeting hall, Awash Insurance S.C., Awash Towers.
