Goh Betoch Bank invites eligible bidders for the procurement of computer and related equipment's for FY 2026-27.
- The bidders should submit Renewed Trade License, Business Licence, valid tax clearance certificate, and VAT certificate & TIN Number. Moreover, the bidders are required to submit the letter of acknowledgement (testimonials) of previous performance, if any
- Complete set of bidding document can be collected by the bidder during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred) starting from September 21, 2026 from the Bank's address stated on No 10.
- All bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee.
- All copies of the bids shall be submitted in a separate envelopes i.e the technical proposal, financial proposal, and bid security duly marking the inner envelop as Original, Copy and Bid bond.
- Bid shall be closed and opened on October 14,2026 at 8:00 and 8:30 local time respectively
- Bid shall be valid for period of 60 calendar days after bid opening.
- The bid security shall be valid for period of 90 days.
- Failure to comply with any of the conditions in items above shall be subject to automatic rejection.
- Goh Betoch Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
