We are a non-political, non-religious, non-racial, and non-profit organization committed to creating lasting positive change in the lives and livelihoods of pastoral communities. Therefore, PC hereby invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified, and competent suppliers/vendors for the Supply of various types of vehicle tyres under a long-term supply framework agreement. Bid Submission Instructions
- Bid Validity Period: Bids must be submitted within seven (7) consecutive calendar days, from September 21, 2026, to September 27, 2026.
- Bid Submission: All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, along with a pro forma invoice and technical proposal, and deposited into the "Bid Box" located at the PC Head Office no later than 5:00 PM on September 27, 2026.
- Bid Opening: The public bid opening ceremony will be held at the PC Head Office on September 28, 2026. Bidders or their representatives are to attend the opening ceremony not mandatory.
- Mandatory Requirements: Bidders must include copies of the following valid documents with their bid:
- Renewed Trade License
- VAT Registration Certificate
- TIN Certificate
- Recent Tax Clearance Certificate from the concerned authority.
- Bid Content: The bid document must clearly specify the type, trade make, country of origin, and delivery timeline for all items quoted.
- Delivery Location: All materials must be delivered at PC Head Office, Addis Ababa Nifas Silk Lafto Sub-City, Woreda 09, Saris Adisu Sefer, Chem House, 3rd Floor, Office No. 301-307.
- Right of Reservation: Pastoralist Concern reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in part or in full, without providing any reason.
