Invitation for Open Bid

Sandford International School hereby invites interested bidders to submit bid proposals for the supply, delivery, and installation of the following materials for educational purposes. Suppliers are expected to provide detailed pricing, specifications, delivery schedules, and warranty periods for the items categorized hereunder.

Lot 1: IT and electronics Related Items e.g. (Laptop, AC. Smart Board, Zebra Printer with Accessory), as per the attached bid document specifications

Lot 2: Staff House Furniture & Kitchen Utensils e.g. (Iron, Ironing board, and etc.) as per the attached bid document specifications

Lot 3: Stationery and Teaching Aid Materials e.g. (Laminating pouch, Blue Tag. Compass full set and etc.) as per the attached bid document specifications

Lot 4: Maintenance Materials e.g. (Carpet Artificial grass type. Ceramic cutter, Tap and etc.) as per the attached bid document specifications

Lot 5: Growing flowering plants. 18 different types of flowers and plants, as per the attached bid document specifications

Lot 6: Cleaning and Refreshment Materials e.g. (Soap Dispenser. Zembaba Broom, and etc.) as per the attached bid document specifications

Lot 7: Renovation, Glazing and Associated Summer School Maintenance Work

• Replacement of 15 Primary School RHS framed steel toilet doors, as per attached bid document TOR
• Demolition of existing tree platform and construction of concrete pavement in the Year 3 courtyard
• GYM window Glass Replacement work, as per attached bid document TOR
• Secondary building Window Glass Replacement work, as per attached bid document TOR
• Fabrication and installation of protective steel grills for gymnasium windows as per attached bid document TOR
• Wooden floor polishing, Varnishing, and Renovation work, as per attacked bid documents TOR

Lot 8: A vehicle service garage providing comprehensive services as per the attached bid document specification, including: Mechanical work, Electrical repairs and body work & painting (Panel Beating)

Lot 9: Musical instrument materials (e.g.. Electric guitars, etc.) as per the attached bid document specifications.

Lot 10: Printer Cartridges and Toner (as per the attached bid document specifications)

Lot 11: Videography and Photography for EYFS. Primary and Secondary Students for 2.5 days, details as per the attached bid document specification.

• Bid documents are available against payment of non-refundable Birr 500.00 from the school's Finance Office from Wednesday, September 16, 2026-Friday, September 25, 2026
• All bids must be accompanied by a bid Security Bond of 2% of the total Bid Price, only in the form of CPO, payable to Sandford International School.
• All bidders should attach their Renewed License and other legal documents with the bid document.
• The bidder should attach company profile and testimonial letters for successful delivery which states the quality of items supplied to myriad of clients in various sectors (GOs, NGOs and International institutions.)
• The bid will be closed on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 10.00AM
• The bid will be open in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 2.00pm.
• The school reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
