Title: Procurement of Store office construction.

To: Eligible Contractors

1. Somali Regional State Environmental Protection and Rural Land Administration Bureau (SRSEPRLAB) is inviting a new procurement of store office construction. Listed with legally valid document related licenses of project which is renewed in 2019 E.C.

1. Bidding will be conducted in National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the bid document.
2. Bidders are required to present a legal document related licenses of Project which is renewed in 2019 E.C.
3. VAT, TIN, Contractor list certification and all necessary valid documents license.
4. The interested suppliers have to provide information of their experiences, skilled manpower, Equipment, machinery and other relevant information as specified in bid documents.
5. The interested bidders may be required to submit technical and financial proposals in different envelopes. Bidders shall submit the bid security amount stated on the table above in the form of C.P.O. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Bid security should be valid for period of 30 days after bid opening.
6. A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased directly from SRSEPRLAB, Finance and Logistic Department at Jig-jiga upon payments on a non-refundable fee ETB 2000 (Two thousand birr only) Ethiopian Birr, from the date of first announcement of this notice on the bureau website in office hours.
7. Bid closing date shall be 15/1/2019 E.C after the date of announcement at the 10:00 p.m
8. Bids opening date shall be 15/1/2019 E.C in the presence of representatives of the bidders on 10:00 A.M at SRSEPRLAB, Finance and Logistic Department. Late bids will be rejected. Interested applicants may obtain further information during office hours at the same address mentioned below.
9. The bureau has the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bids and to annul the bidding process.
