Oromia Bureau of Agricultural & Natural Recourse (OANRB) has Secured a budget from AGP-II (Agricultural Growth Program-II) for Construction of 31(thirty One) Small Scale Irrigation Projects listed below at different Zone & Woreda of Oromia National Regional State.
Accordingly, the Bureau invites eligible Contractors to Submit Sealed Bids for the execution and Completion of the following Projects.

- The contractors are invited to submit their sealed Technical proposal document and financial proposal document packed separately as further clarified in the bidding document for the execution and completion of the cited contract.
- A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from Oromia Bureau of Agricultural & Natural Recourse (OANRB) Sarbet area Block No. 3 procurement team 4th Floor Finance room in working hours upon submission of Renewed Trade License, MoWIE, VAT & TIN Registration Certificate with a written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 300.00 (Three hundred only) for one project. The method of payment will be in cash only.
- Interested contractors may obtain further information from our Bureau procurement team.
- No Price adjustment will be allowed
- The bid will be delivered to Previous Oromia Irrigation Development Authority Head Office Meeting Hall on the Top of Building from No. 1(one) to No.5 (Five) on October 4, 2019 from 6 (Six) to 16 (Sixteen) on-October 5, 2019 at 10:00 AM (Morning) time. The bid will be opened on the SAME date mentioned above at 10:30 AM (morning) time in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend.
- Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 days after bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% in the form of cash payment Order (CPO) orBank guarantee Packed separately.
- Qualification criteria stated on the bid document should be respected and have to be addressed in a brief and clear way.
- Oromia Bureau of Agricultural & Natural Recourse (OANRB) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
