- The Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agricultural Growth Program II, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract[1] for Procurement of Equipping Central Veterinary Drug and feed Quality Control Laboratory
- The Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the following goods.

3. Bidding will be conducted through International procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” This revision dated October, 2017 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Agriculture, Procurement Directorate and inspect the bidding document during office hours 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM of official working days at the address given below
5. The[2] bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 200 ETB or in an easily convertible currency. The method of payment will be Cash/ cashier’s check. Bidders’ who wish to have the bid document delivered to their address by a courier service pay an additional amount of ETB 500.00 or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency for courier service charge or send a prepaid courier service coupon to the purchaser address below. However the purchaser shall not be responsible for a loss or delay in the delivery of the mail and shall not entertain requests for extension on account of such delays.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before December, 16, 2019 Time: 10:00 AM. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on December, 16, 2019 Time: 10:30 AM.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security specified in paragraph 2 above.
