TO: - ALL SUPPLIERS COMPANIES WITH RENEWED LICENSES VALID FOR THE YEAR 2014 E.C.
Project Category: Procurement of Laptop Computer and Multipurpose Printer.
- The Oromia Agriculture, Bureau has secured a budget from the AGP-II (Agricultural growth program-II) for the supply of 245 Laptop Computer and 96 Multipurpose Printers for Implementing agencies at different AGP-II Woredas of Oromia National Regional State.
- Accordingly, the Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Laptop computers and Multipurpose printers.

3. The Supplier companies are invited to submit their sealed Financial and Technical proposal document as further clarified in the bidding document.
4. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to Oromia Agriculture, Bureau Procurement, Logistics and Property Administration Directorate building 3rd floor during working hours and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (Two hundred only). The method of payment will be in cash only.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement, Logistics and Property Administration Directorate (Procurement Team) located on the 3rd floor, during office hours 9:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 A.M. 20 December 2022, Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at Oromia Agriculture, Bureau Meeting Hall at 10:30 A.M 20 December 2022.
8. Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 days after bid closing and must be accompanied by a bid security of 300,000.00 ETB for the Laptop Computer and 100,000.00 for the Multipurpose Printer, in the form of cash payment Order (CPO) or Bank guarantee only.
9. Qualification criteria stated in the bid document should be respected and have to be addressed in a brief and clear way.
10. Oromia Agriculture, Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
