1. ዩንቨርሰቲው ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
2. ክፍያው የሚፈፀመው እቃውን በተረከብን በዓስራ ዓምስት (15) ተከታታይ የስራ ቀን ይሆናል፡፡
3. እቃውን በተጠየቀው መሰረት የሚቀርብ ይሆናል ፡፡
4. ዋጋ በኪሎ ግራም የሞላ ተወዳዳሪ ውድቅ ይሆናል
