The Ministry of Agriculture wishes to notify all prospective bidders regarding an amendment to the specific procurement advertisement published in the Ethiopian Herald on June 7, 2026.
Project Name: Ethiopian Food System Resilience Program (FSRP)
Contract Title: Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Post-Harvest Processing Machinery and Grain Management Tools for 25 FSRP-Supported Woredas across Six Regions

To resolve a time discrepancy in the original notice and to ensure fair competition, the deadline for Bid Submission and Public Opening has been officially extended by Fifteen (15) days.
The new, unified schedule is as follows:
• New Bid Submission Deadline: July 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM (4:00 Local Time)
• New Public Bid Opening Session: July 24, 2026, at 10:30AM (4:30 Local Time)
Bids must be delivered to the address specified in the RFB data sheet on or before the new deadline. Late bids will be rejected automatically.
All other technical specifications, evaluation criteria, and mandatory compliance terms specified inside the original Request for Bids (RFB) document remain completely unchanged.
