HRNS-Ethiopia works to support sustainable development programs and is committed to strengthening its internal systems. The organization currently manages human resource functions manually or through disconnected tools, which has become inefficient amid organizational growth invites qualified and legally licensed vehicle transport service providers to submit quotations for the transportation of a non-functional vehicle from Bahir Dar to Addis Ababa.

1.       Description of the Assignment

The selected service provider will be responsible for the safe transportation of one non-functional Toyota Land Cruiser Mark II vehicle from the HRNS field office in Bahir Dar to Moenco Garage in Addis Ababa.

2.       Scope of Service

The service provider shall:

Provide a legal vehicle transporter or tow truck Safely load, transport, and deliver the vehicle

Ensure proper handling during loading and unloading

Deliver the vehicle to Moenco Garage, Addis Ababa Comply with all road safety and legal transport regulations

3.       Vehicle Information

Vehicle Type: Toyota Land Cruiser (Mark II)

Condition: Non-functional (requires towing/vehicle carrier)

Pickup Location: Bahir Dar

Delivery Location: Moenco Garage, Addis Ababa

4.       Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must:

Possess valid business license for transport services

Have experience in vehicle transportation

Provide legal transport vehicles suitable for non-functional cars

Submit TIN and VAT registration (if applicable)
