2.       The Agricultural Transformation Institute now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement of Small Ruminants (Male Goats and Male Sheep), Ethiopia. Fattening Feed for Ruminants, Layer Chicken and Layer Feed for Somali Region of

3.       Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.

4.       Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Agricultural Transformation Institute and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 08:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

5.       Qualifications requirements include:

(i)                  Valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the Bidder is engaged.

(ii)                VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (only domestic Bidders in case of contract value as specified in BDS).

(iii)               Valid Tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority (domestic Bidders only).

(iv)               Business organization registration certificate or trade license issued by the country of establishment.

6.       A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee ETB 300 via Commercial Bank of Ethiopia A/C No. 1000517806424 (Original Deposit Slip required). The method of payment will be cash. The Bidding Documents will be sent by Soft Copy.

7.       Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before April 07, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected.

8.       Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below, at 10:30AM. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount:

➢  For Lot-02: ETB 180,000 (ETB One Hundred Eighty Thousand)

➢  For Lot-03: ETB 80,000 (ETB Eighty Thousand)

➢  For Lot-05: ETB 17,000 (ETB Seventeen Thousand)

9.       The Agricultural Transformation Institute reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
