INVITATION TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (REP) FOR BUILDING PROJECT CONSULTANCY SERVICES

1.       JS HOUSE CONSTRUCTION AND RENT SC invites bidders to submit sealed bids from eligible Grade One Consulting Firms for providing professional consultancy services for:

❖  Construction supervision services

❖  Review and minor modification of existing designs

❖  Preparation of detailed working and shop drawings

❖  Contract administration, quantity verification, certification of payments and others for the construction of a 2B+SB+G+9+T Multi- Purpose mixed use Building on 4111.73 m2 plot of land located at Merkato.

2.       The bidders shall submit financial proposals based on:

i.                     Lump sum consultancy fee

ii.                   Detailed cost breakdown showing staffing and time allocation

3.       Interested bidders shall provide the following evidences:

❖  Renewed Certificate of registration from Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure or other appropriate regional bureaus as Grade One Consultant i. Renewed Valid trading license;

❖  Renewed Business license

❖  Tax clearance certificate valid at the deadline for submission of bids;

❖  VAT registration certificate; an

❖  Registration in the Federal Public Procurement and Property Authority (FPPPA) suppliers' list.

4.       Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office at the address given below within working hours.

5.       Eligible bidders are encouraged to visit the project site and review available drawings and documents during working days from Mondays to Fridays.

6.       Bidders shall submit an envelope of "Technical Proposal" separately sealed with its copy and "Financial Offer" separately sealed with its copy.

7.       The bidding document is ready for interested bidders' collection from the office

8.       All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 50,000 (fifty Thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee.

9.       Bids must be delivered to the address below before April 1, 2026 at 8:00 o'clock local time and will be opened on the same date at 8:30 o'clock local time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
