 EEU, Ethiopian Electric Utility Jimma Region Electric Utility Office, invites sealed bids to eligible bidders for Lot-1 For Service centers office, and Toil ate maintenance works, and Site & Fence construction works Under Jimma Region in Jimma City. In Two Different places in Jimma City.

1.       All contractors of category (Grade 5 & above/ G.C.-5 or B.C.-4) to submit their proposal. Who have valid licenses and similar work experience can obtain a complete set of bidding document from EEU Jimma Region Electric Utility Office NO-06, from the first day this notice appeared in the Addis zemen Maggazin and Jimma City billboard against upon submission of a written application and payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 500 (Five Hundred Birr only) For EEU Acc/No 1000156094157 with bank selip attachment during working day from Monday to Saturday.

Duplicate copies of BID OFFER shall be produced in a separate envelopes marked as ORIGINAL and COPY. A sealed envelope marked "Bid Bond" carrying the Bidder's Bid Security (CPO) should be included in the envelope carrying the original financial document. Bid security in the form of cash will not be accepted. All envelopes shall then be put in one together, sealed, stamped and submitted to EEU Jimma Region Electric Utility Office along with a BID SECURITY (BID BOND) only in the form of CPO amount OFFER FOR THE WORKS BE FORE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION.

2.       Essential (exclusion) Criteria

□   Relevant & Valid Renewed licenses to operate in Ethiopia

□   Only (Grade 5 & above/ G.C.-5 or B.C.-4) & above License will participate.

□   Submission of bid security in the name EEU Jimma Region Electric Utility Office from a Recognized bank only in the form of CPO is a must. No other mode of guarantee or bid security other than CPO will not be accepted.

3.       The selection criteria will be Technical and Financial

□   Financial will be carried our based on the total summary of list bid price.

4.       The bid will be opened at EEU Jimma Region Electric Utility SC&PGS Office, Jimma in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who choose to attend on proposed opening date.

5.       EEU Jimma Region Electric Utility Office reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partially or fully.
