Invitation for Bid - Recruitment of Consultant

Passion Academy is striving to be one of the very best of Educational institutions in Ethiopia. Over the past four and half years, providing educational services from kindergarten to preparatory levels (KG-12) with the long-term vision of becoming a center of excellence that is competitive both locally and internationally.

As part of its continuous institutional development and commitment to quality education, the school intends to undertake a comprehensive structural system review and reform the review will assess governance, academic management, administrative efficiency, operational systems, and institutional sustainability, and will recommend practical reforms angles with international best practices and national regulatory frameworks.

Objectives of the assignment

To evaluate the schools existing structural and operational systems and develop a comprehensive reform framework that strengthens institutional Effectiveness, governance, academic excellence, and long-term sustainability.

Scope of work

The consultant shall undertake, but not be limited to, the following tasks:

▪  Document review,

▪  Stakeholder consultation

▪  Institutional systems analysis,

▪  Benchmarking

▪  Reform framework development,

Requirement:

The Consultant Individual/firm is required to fulfill the following minimum requirements:

▪  Proven experience at least five years in similar field, PA

▪  Proven track record in similar projects,

▪  Key experts all of them must have MA in Educational planning and management or similar fields of study.

▪  Submit VAT, Tax Clearance, trade license and registration
