The Dire Dawa Administration Health Bureau invites bids for the procurement of medical equipment for health facilities.
Invitation to Bid Notice (NCB)

1. To: ALL MEDICAL EQUIPMENT SUPPLAYER WITH LICENSE VALID FOR THE YEAR 2018
2. the D.D Administration Health Bureau has fund with procurement entity budget to be used for the procurement of Medical Equipment for Health Facility
3. all eligible bidders should present from the mandated public body: Renewed trade license for the year >Supplier certificate >Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate
4. A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the D.D Administration Health Bureau Room No_ up to payment of 400 (four hundred BIRR ONLY)
5. Bidding will be, conducted in accordance with open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Gov't of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
6. interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from D.D Administration Health Bureau and inspect the bidding document at the address given below from 7:30-12:00Am & 2:00-5:30 pm working hours.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 9: 00A.M on the 22th Date from the date of Announcement. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and all bids must be accompanied by a bid security 100,000(One hundred thousand birr) in the form of cash, a certified check or payable order, bank draft, letter of credit, or an unconditional bank guarantee. The bid security shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the bid. Late bids shall be rejected.
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend at the same place & Date at 9:30AM at the office of D.D Administration Health Bureau
9. The supply and commissioning shall be complete within a maximum 90 calendar days from the commencement of the work.
10. The Employer Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids
