Dear Contractor,

The GPNRS Finance Bureau invites eligible and qualified contractors (Grade BC-3 and above) to submit sealed bids for the renovation of its building located in the Gambella region. The scope of work includes renovation of the Manager's Office, Vice Manager's Office, Setoch Unit Office, Meeting Hall, and Ground Floor Reception,

Key Requirements

•         Valid BC-3 or above contractor license.

•         No advance payment; contractors must mobilize resources independently.

•         Submission of documentary evidence of qualifications.

•         Detailed cost estimate and project schedule.

•         Valid and renewed Trading License, Tax Clearance Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate.

•         Registration as a Supplier in the mandated public body list.

•         Proven experience and strong performance record in similar construction services.

•         Provision of all labour, materials, and equipment.

•         Mandatory site visit scheduled only on Saturday.

Tender Document

•         Tender documents (in English) may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr only), starting from the date of this announcement

•         Bid Security (CPO) of ETB 10,000.00 is required and will be released 15 days after the announcement of the winner. FOR GPNRS Finance Bureau

•         The Bureau reserves the right to cancel the tender process if a more advantageous opportunity arises:

Bid Submission

•         Bidders shall submit their bids in two separate envelopes:

1.       Qualification Information and Bid Security,

2.       Financial Bid

•         Both envelopes must be sealed separately and enclosed in one outer envelope, clearly marked, and delivered to the address below by the submission deadline.

Important Dates

•         Bid Submission Deadline: The tender will be closed on the 16th day after the date of announcement.

•         Bid Opening: On the 16th day after the announcement, bids will be packed at 9:00

PM local time and opened at 10:00 PM local time morning at the Bureau's office.

Late submissions will not be considered.
