Project: Transforming Sustainable Livelihoods and Landscapes (TSLL+)

Ethiopian Catholic Church Social and Development Commission Branch Office of Meki (ECC-SDCBOM) is a registered as non-profitable faith-based organization established in 1995 G.C under the umbrella of Ethiopian Catholic Church Social and Development commission. It is operating in different targeted woredas of Arsi, West Arsi and East Shewa zones of Oromia Regional State and East Gurage, Halaba and Silte zones of central Ethiopia region.

The organization has been implementing different development and humanitarian assistance projects since its establishment. Accordingly, in this 2026 fiscal year, ECC-SDCBOM has planned to conduct External final evaluation of TSLL+ Project. The project has been carried out for the last 3 years in three woredas (Dugeda, Tiyo and Hetosa) in Oromia Regional state.

Therefore, the organization would like to invite licensed and authorized consultants who have renewed trade license for 2018 E.C year can participate in this bid. Interested company can collect the TOR from ECC- SDCOM Administration Unit. The TOR can be shared through emails.

The password-protected and stamped bid documents must be submitted in digital format to the procurement unit of ECC-SDCBOM in Meki town via email at fikru.bundasie@mcsethio.org following the official publication of this notice. The submission deadline is March 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The bid will be opened March 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the presence of the bidders or their legally authorized representatives in ECC-SDCBOM Office Meki.
