BYD E2 electric car, 2025/2026 Model (electric range 405 km)
BYD Seagull electric car, 2025/2026 Model (electric range 405 k.m)
BYD Yuan up electric car, 2025/2026 Model (electric range 405 k.m)
Bid closing date: 7th Working days from the date of advertisement @4:00PM (February 17)
Bid opening date: February 18, 2026
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information about the bid at HDAMA Head office, Addis Ababa.
All bidders shall submit bid Performa with a copy in wax-sealed envelopes to the HDAMA office in Addis Ababa, Yeka Sub city Woreda 06 (Setoch Adebabay). The bid closing date will be on the 17th date on the calendar date counted from the first date that the bid advertisement.
The bid will be opened one day after the closing date, officially at the HDAMA office at 9:30 am in the presence of bidders or legal representatives.
HDAMA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
A bidder should have a renewed 2018 E.C trade license, have TIN number registered with the Tax clearance, VAT, and have the legal capacity to enter a contract. The sole agent for this bidding process will be warmly welcomed.
A successful bidder will enter into a contract agreement with HDAMA to supply the electrical car when he/she receives an authorized purchase requisition.
The Company shall deliver the Vehicle to HDAMA on the same day the payment is Made.
