Amhara National Regional State Agriculture Bureau wants to build Merawi Agricultural Office and maintenance of two Agricultural collages.

1.       Interested Bidders should fulfill the following requirements: This invitation is for all Contractors of BC-4/GC-5 &above

•         Trade License on Construction Service License Valid for the year 2018 E.C.

•         Competence certificate valid for the year 2018 E.C. from Ministry of Construction and Urban Development.

•         VAT Registration Certificate

•         Clearance from Inland Revenue Administration Valid within the bid process time

•         Registration certificate in the suppliers list under Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency

•         Bidders who entered the construction contract in our region and were not given repeated warnings due to their poor performance

2.       A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from the Amhara National Regional State Agriculture Bureau, Procurement, Finance and Property Administration Directorate, ground room number 10, upon payment of a none refundable fee Birr 1000.00/ Birr One thousand/. The method of payment will be in cash. The bid document will be directly sent by the bidder or its legal representative.

3.       All Bids must be accompanied by bid security the amount of which is listed in below table in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO and shall remain valid for a period of (90 days + 28 days) 118 days. Insurance bond is not acceptable.

4.       Bids must be delivered to the Amhara National Regional State, Agriculture Bureau on or before 4:00 AM on 22th day continuous beginning from the date of bid announcement on the newspaper and it will be opened 04:30AM local time. If the bid closing or opening date is on holyday, closing or opening of the bid will be the next working day at the same time and the same venue. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bid submission will be rejected. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.

Directorate, Director, and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 8:30 A.M to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday at the address given below
