The Amhara Regional State Bureau of Agriculture through the Government of Ethiopia has received credit and grant from the IDA toward the cost of Food System & Resilience Program (FSRP) and it intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for which this invitation is issued.

1.       The Amhara Regional State Bureau of Trade and Market Development now invites eligible bidders for the following four lots listed below.

2.       Bidding will be conducted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB/RFB) procedure specified in the World Bank's Procurement Guidelines and on the basis of world bank standard bid documents: under IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.

3.       Bidders should be Technical Evaluated with their Technical specification attached bidders technical proposal document Against Technical Evaluation Criteria of bid-

4.       Bids shall be valid for period of (90) days after bid opening date.

5.       One Bidder Participate Only 1 (One) lot on their Owen Choice Describe above.

6.       The bidder must provide a letter confirming the site visit from the district.

7.       Bids security should be submitted in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO.

8.       Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses, which are renewed for the year 2018 E.C. The following document & /Renewed trade li- cense, VAT Registration Certificate, tax clearance, Tax payer Identification Number TIN, the bidder must also attach whether they are registration in the FPPA's supplier list & debarred by decision or not. So the Bidder must be attached this document with technical proposal of their Bid documents.

9.       A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased directly from the Regional State Bureau of Trade and market development Procurement, Finance and property Administration Directorate Office L-12, Bahirdar, Kebele-13, up on payment of a none refundable fee birr 1,000 to the address indicated below.

10.   Bidders shall submit two envelopes, 'Qualification information' in one envelope and "Financial Bid and bid security" separately in another envelope and should be combined in one sealed in an outer envelope.

11.   Bid must be delivered to Amhara National Regional State, Bureau of Trade and market development Procurement, Finance and property Administration Director- ate Office L-12, Bahirdar, Kebele-13,

12.   Bids shall be closed on March 3/2026 G.C 3:00 AM Morning local time and opened at 3:30 AM Morning/Local time on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend it. Late bids will be rejected.

13.   The ANRS Bureau of Trade and market development reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
