Good Neighbors Ethiopia (GNE) hereby invites qualified, competent, and experienced suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply and delivery of:
• Lot1-Agricultural tools for the Gedeo West Gujt (GWG) Project (delivered to Yirgachefe Town, South Ethiopia Region)
• Lot2-Wheat flour for the Sidama CDP Project (delivered to Sidama, Yirgalem Town)
Note: Transportation for all items or both lots will be covered by the suppliers

2. Purchase of Tender Documents
Interested bidders may obtain the bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 600 (Six Hundred Ethiopian Bir) At Good Neighbors Ethiopia, Head Office Address: Lideta Sub City, Woreda 09. At the back of Balcha Hospital -Ahmed Business Center, 5th Floor | Period: From 26 January to 3 February 2026 | Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Monday to Friday | The bid shall remain open (float) for seven (7) working days.
3. Eligibility & Required Documents
Bidders must submit copies of stamped: Valid renewed business license VAT certificate | Tax clearance | TIN certificate | 2% only CPO as bid security of total bid price /EFDA- Certificate for Wheat flour/Legal receipt/ and other important legal documents/Written confirmation to supply and deliver the items to the specified locations.
4. Bid Submission
Submit a completed, signed, and stamped Bid Form in the name of Good Neighbors Ethiopia, showing the total price including 2% CPO only.
Bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes (Technical: original & copy / Financial: original & copy), clearly marked.
Late or electronic submissions are not accepted.
5. Bid Closing and Opening
Bid Closing Date & Time: 3rd February 2026 at 10:00 AM | Bid Opening Date & Time: 3rd February 2026 at 10:30 AM | Bid Opening Place: Lideta MCC Nursery School Auditorium / commonly known as Korea School Note: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legally authorized representatives.
6. Compliance
Bids that do not fully meet the requirements of this invitation and the bidding documents will be rejected/disqualified.
