EngenderHealth Ethiopia invites bids for consultancy services for Knowledge Management training and DHIS2/Power BI training for its MEL team.

EngenderHealth is a leading global women's health organization with a vision to create a gender-equal world where all people achieve their sexual and reproductive health and rights. In Ethiopia, EngenderHealth is legally registered with the Charities & Societies Agency under license no. 1233. Currently, EngenderHealth supports the Federal Ministry of Health in the expansion of Family Planning and other Reproductive health services in more than 320 woredas across regions and 2 city administrations supporting more than 1830 health centers/hospitals and 2000 health posts.

EngenderHealth plans to conduct a Knowledge Management (KM) training workshop targeting technical, program, and MEL teams. Accordingly, EngenderHealth wants to hire an external Knowledge Management Consultant to provide the training who will be working closely with internal MEL and KM staff to ensure contextual relevance and effectiveness.

Additionally, EngenderHealth seeks to engage a consultant to provide hands-on practical training that will enable the MEL team of EngenderHealth to independently design, develop, and use interactive dashboards using existing DHIS2 data and Power BI tools. Interested and eligible applicants can request soft copy of the TOR by requesting through email address of SGoraga@egdh.org starting from Jan 22, 2026.Bidder should indicate to which consultancy service they want to participate "Knowledge Management training" or "DHIS2 and Power BI Training"

Bidders should send the technical proposals via email address to SGoraga@egdh.org and the financial proposal in sealed hard copy to EngenderHealth office. Bidders should indicate to which consultancy service they bid on technical proposal and write on the Envelope of Financial proposals as "Financial proposal for Knowledge Management training "and "Financial proposal for DHIS2 and Power BI Training".

The final date for proposal submission will be Friday Jan 30, 2026; -11:00 am before noon. -Late submission will not be accepted.
