WaterAid Ethiopia (WAE) invites eligible and qualified firms to submit bids for the supply of 2000-meter HDPE pipe PE100, OD315mm PN16, cut length of 12 meters as per the tender document. The transportation of the HDPE pipes to the project site will be handled by WaterAid Ethiopia.

Bid Participation and Submission Guidelines:

1.       Tender document:

The Tender document will be provided to interested bidders who register their email addresses at the registration desk located at WaterAid Ethiopia's reception, between January 15–28, 2026, during working hours (08:30 AM – 12:30 PM and 01:30 PM 05:00 PM).

2.       Online Access:

3.       Eligibility Documents:

Bid must include a renewed business license, company registration certificate, and TIN registration certificate. These documents must be submitted together with the technical proposal.

4.       Bid Submission Deadline:

All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the WAE office no later than January 29, 2026, by 2:30 PM.

5.       Bid Security:

A bid bond of 2% of the total price is required, in the form of a bank guarantee or CPO valid for at least three (3) months from the date of bid opening. The original bid bond must be attached to the original financial proposal.

6.       Envelope Identification:

Envelopes must clearly display the bidder's name, address, legal stamp, and the reference number Ref: WAE/HDPE/315/26/0002.

7.       Bid Format:

The technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, each marked "ORIGINAL" and "COPY". Each copy must be stamped and sealed. In the case of any discrepancies, the original version will be considered final.

8.       Bid Opening:

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend on January 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the WaterAid Ethiopia office.

9.       Disclaimer:

WaterAid Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Late submissions will not be accepted.
