New Millennium Women Empowerment Organization (NMWEO) is an indigenous, non-governmental, non-profit humanitarian organization working on development, women empowerment, Gende Equality, humanitarian responses, sexual reproductive health education, economic empowerment and Environmental protection interventions in the last over Sixteen years.

NMWEO has been re-registered by the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Authority for Civil Societies Organization (ACSO) in accordance with Organizations for Civil societies Agency Proclamation No.113/2019 obtained certification with a registration No.0539

NMWEO would like to invite eligible certified contactors who can apply for the construction of sanitary pad production house at Axum town, which meet the criteria below. You are therefore requested to forward a pro forma invoice along with your terms and conditions.

Eligibility and Requirement

o   Bidders must have renewed trade license for 2018 E.C(2025 G.C) and Copy of Tax identification Number (Tin) and Value Added Tax (VAT) certificate

o   Your quotation must be duly stamped of the contractor Cost-mention in your proforma invoice should including 15% VAT Provision-All services/goods should be according to a proforma invoice and standard range of services/goods agreed to Axum, Tigray.

o   All necessary documents and supplier experiences must be fulfilled. The bid document should be sealed Stamped.

o   The contractor grade must be above level 6(six)

o   Bids will be evaluated based on price competitiveness, experience, grade and recommendation letters from NGOs experiences. Closing date of the bid will be January 19,2026,10:30 AM and all received envelops will be opened on the same date on January 19, 2026, 2:00 PM.

o   CPO 5% of the total value of the bid must be submitted with a sealed envelope.

o   Bids submitted after the deadline or in violation of the formal requirements will not be considered.

o   Potential contractors fulfilling the above mentioned criteria's and standard are invited to submit proforma invoice with full standard instruction from January 14,2026 to January 18, 2026, Morning 800 AM-12:00 and Afternoon 1:30 PM 5:00 PM and January 19, 2026 up to 10:00AM morning to NMWEO national/main office or NMWEO Axum field office.
