Dodola Town Finance Office invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders that have GC Grade 3 & Above Construction Licenses valid for the current Ethiopian Fiscal Year (EFY, 2018), Trade License valid for the current Ethiopian Fiscal Year (EFY, 2018), VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, valid Tax Clearance Certificate and with Registration in the On Line Suppliers List of Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency (PPA).

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National Competitive Bidding Procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia.

A complete set of Bidding Document in Afan Oromo may be purchased by interested eligible bidders from the Office of Dodola town Finance, Procurement unity Staff and division Office No-2 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 2000.00 (Two Thousand Birr) from the first date of this announcement on the newspaper. The method of payment for purchasing the bid document will be by paying the above amount on Dodola Town Municipality Office bank Account that will be obtained from Concerned body.

Each bid in one original and two copies properly filled in, signed and stamped should be dropped in the tender box prepared for this purpose at the Dodola Town Finance Office [Procurement unity Staff and division Office No-2] On the 22th date at 4:00 A.M (local time) starting from the date the bid invitation openly published/on air on Addis Zemin newspaper. Late bids shall be rejected and will be returned unopened to the Bidder. In Case any unforeseen situation or Public/Government Holiday resulting in Closure of office on the date of opening, the tender shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security, as specified above in the table. The Bid Security shall be in the form of CPO or an Unconditional Bank Guarantee in the name of <<Dodola Town Municipality Office>>.

Bid validity shall be 90 days

Bids will be closed and opened in the above date & time in the presence of the bidders or their representatives. Even in case the bidder or their representative is not available, the bid will be opened on the specified date.

The Dodola Town Municipality Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
