Farm Africa currently wants to invite eligible bidders for the supply of items listed hereunder

Interested bidders should collect the detailed specification directly from the Farm Africa Ethiopia Country office or request via email address befekaduD@farmafrica.org between December 31-2025-January 12,2026

Required qualifications of the supplier

1. Bidders should submit legal documents (renewed Trade License, Registration, TIN, VAT/TOT certificates)
2. Bidders should submit a technical proposal with clear specifications of the Electric vehicle to be delivered
3. Bidders should clearly state the after-sales service facility for the warranty period
4. Bidders should specify the delivery term and date, the number of days after signing a contract
5. Bidders shall clearly state their unit price and total price including VAT and the currency rate if any
6. The bidder should furnish a bid bond amount of 50,000 Birr in the form of CPO or bank guaranty

N.B: After technical evaluation checking completes, bidders will be evaluated by the least price method of supplier selection.

Interested bidders should submit their Technical and Financial proposals in two separate files duly labeled as "Technical" and "Financial" proposals. The document must be submitted into the bid box prepared for the purpose at Farm Africa Addis Ababa Country office on or before 12, January 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on January 12, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Late submissions will not be accepted
