Descriptions: Gedeb river small bridge at Debre Elias woreda of East Gojjam zone

The Amhara National Regional State East Gojjam zone Debre Elias woreda Agriculture Office through the Government of Ethiopia has received credit and grant from the IDA toward the cost of Food System Resilience Program (FSRP) and it intends to apply part of funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for which this invitation is issued.

1. 1. In Amhara Regional state Deber Elias worda finance office now invites eligible bidders for construction of small bridge GC/RRC-GRAD 5/five and above listed with reference number below on lot-01

1. 2. Bidding will be conducted and evaluted through a National Competitive Bidding (NCB/RFB) procedure specified in the World Bank's Procurement Guidelines: under IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders have GC/RRC- Grade 5 (five and above) from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines.
   3. Bidders should be Technical Evaluated with their Technical specification attached bidders technical proposal document Against Technical Evaluation Criteria of biding Document
   4. Bids shall be valid for period of (120) days after bid opening date.
   5. Bids security should be submitted in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO.
   6. Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and licenses, which are renewed for the year 2018 E.C. The following document & / Renewed license, VAT Registration Certificate & Tax payer Identification Number TIN. So the Bidder should have to attach this document with technical proposal of their Bids document.
   7. A complete set of bidding documents for Small bridge in English and obtained from Deber Elias woreda, Finance and property Administration section Office up on payment of a none refundable fee birr 800 to the address indicated below.

1. 8. Bidders shall submit two envelopes, 'Technical Qualification information' in one envelope and "Financial Bid and bid security" separately in another envelope and should be combined in one sealed in an outer envelope/one envelop system/.
   9. Bid must be delivered to Amhara National Regional State, Debre Elias woreda, Finance and property Administration section,
   10. Bids shall be closed on January 21/05/2018 E.C at 4:00 AM Morning local time and opened at 4:30 AM Morning/Local time on the same date in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend it. Late bids will be rejected. If the bid opening day is a holiday, it will be opened on the next working day at the same time
   11. The ANRS, Debre Elias woreda, Finance office reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
