Aduly registered Private Limited Company, invites qualified and licensed CAE (Consulting Architect/Engineer) GRADE 1 firms to submit sealed Technical and Financial Proposals for the provision of Consultancy Services for Supervision and Contract Administration of a 2B+G+14+T Building Construction Project to be constructed in Addis Ababa.
- Scope of Services
The consultancy service shall include, but not be limited to, full-time construction supervision and contract administration, quality control, review and approval of shop drawings and materials, certification of payments, management of variations and claims, progress monitoring, and supervision during the defects liability period.
- Eligibility Requirements
Interested consulting firms must fulfill the following minimum requirements: Valid and renewed Business License for construction consultancy (year 2018 E.C) VAT Registration Certificate Tax Clearance Certificate Relevant Professional Registration with the appropriate authority
Proven experience in supervision and contract administration of high-rise buildings of similar nature and scale Availability of qualified and experienced key professional staff
- Proposal Submission
Interested firms may obtain the Terms of Reference (TOR) from kolfe area acharachoch andnet development S.0 head office from Monday to friday by paying 2000 birr which is none refundable. Completed Technical and Financial Proposals (One original and two copies) shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, clearly marked, and delivered to the address below and will be opened at from 4.00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Evaluation Method Proposals will be evaluated based on technical competence and financial competitiveness, in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the TOR. Only firms that achieve the minimum qualifying technical score shall be considered for financial evaluation.
- Right of the Client
The Client reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to annul the selection process at any time without incurring any liability.
