Wondo Trading and Investment Plc hereby invite qualified and experienced consulting firms to submit Technical and Financial proposals for the Adoption and Implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The objective of this engagement is to ensure full compliance with IFRS in accordance with proclamation number 847/2006 requirements and international best practices.

REQUIRED QULAIFICATION

1. Business Registration Certificate and Renewed Trade License for the budget Year 2018 E.C.
2. Tax Identification Number, Value Added Tax Registration Certificate.
3. Renewed Practicing Certificate from the Accounting Auditing Board of Ethiopia (Personal Firm Competency Certificates).

5. Relevant Experience on IFRS Implementation: - Licensed accounting, Auditing and consulting firm with proven IFRS experience
6. At least 3 IFRS conversion projects completed in the last 3 years
7. Team including Chartered Accountant/ACCA/CPA and IFRS technical experts
8. Good knowledge of Ethiopian tax and regulatory frameworks
9. CV of Member of key staff with educational qualifications and experience
10. Bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand) together with the Technical proposal in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee via through reputable source in the name of Wondo Trading & Investment Plc.
11. The Bidders are hereby informed that they purchase the bidding documents by paying a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00(Five hundred Ethiopian Birr) with in 15 consecutive days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Addis Zemen newspaper during regular working hours at the Head office of the Company, 7th floor, Finance Department, office No.3.
12. The BD shall be obtained upon payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five hundred Ethiopian Birr only) as well as presentation of copies of licenses/certificates specified above.
13. All interested and eligible Accounting Firms, auditing firms and Consulting firms can submit their technical and financial Bid Documents to the office of WONDO TRADING AND INVESTMENT PLC within 15 days of this announcement.
14. Eligible bidders shall prepare and submit their technical & financial bid documents well printed, separately prepared and sealed Technical & Financial Bid Documents must be presented in two copies.
15. The bid documents shall be submitted only in hard copies, at the address.  below before 15th day starting from this announcement and before the closing time working days on this newspaper office hour at 2:00 PM and bid will be closed on the 16th day at 2:00 PM and will opened on the same day at 2:30 PM at the head office in Addis Ababa, even if the bidders or their legal representatives are not present. If the 16th day is not working day, it will be opened on the next working day.
16. Late arrival of bids will be subjected to rejection.
17. The Buyer Company reserves the right either to accept or to reject the bid in whole or in part.
