East Africa Bottling S.C. is seeking heavy duty vehicle rentals to facilitate the nationwide transportation of its products. This will help improve logistics and ensure efficient delivery to customers in different regions.
RFI Procedure
Questionnaire Completion and Required Documentation
Please review the attached questionnaire outlining selection standards and criteria, complete all required sections accurately, and submit it with the listed documents as part of your application.
- Company profile
- Operating license for requested services.
- Three (3) years' experience and capability
- Company Profile and at least 2 reference letters for services rendered to similar industries
- Valid renewed Trade License, VAT & TIN certificates, Tax Clearance Certificate
- Bank statement (last 6 months) and/or audited financial report
- Letter from bank or company confirming sufficient working capital
- Written confirmation of willingness to provide credit terms of 30-60 days

Responses to this RFI should be submitted electronically to the email address below on or before Dec 31st, 11:00pm (ET) or 5:00 PM(GMT+3)
Pre-qualified companies will be notified by email within 10 days after the invitation deadline and invited to submit technical and financial proposals. The process follows East Africa Bottling S.C.'s internal regulations, which may change at the company's discretion. All vendor communications about this RFI should be sent to the RFI Coordinators at the specified address.
