- The bid is open to all eligible bidders having supplier renewed license, those currently registered by Ministry of Trade and Industry, currently renewed relevant Trade license, registration of value added tax (VAT), Tax Clearance and Tax Identification Number (TIN) together with sealed bid and written application.
- A complete set of bid documents can be obtained against payment of a non- refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five hundred birr) for each lot from Procurement and Material Planning Department, Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head office building 1st floor room No.108
- The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 2,000,000.00 (Two Million) for Lot 1, Birr 150,000.00 (One hundred Fifty Thousand) for Lot 2 and Birr 225,000.00 (Two hundred Twenty Five Thousand) in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee valid for twenty-eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid proposal.
- Bid documents must be delivered to Procurement and Material Planning Department, Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head office building 1st floor room No.108 On January 14, 2026 up to 2:00 pm and Bids will be opened on the same date at Enterprise Service Office Conference hall at 2:30 PM lot-1, 2:45PM Lot -2 and 3:00 PM Lot-3.
