CALL FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID (NCB)

1. 1. 1. 1. Dashen Bank invites eligible and interested bidders for the procurement of as per stated below;

1. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the bidding document via https://extratenders.net/Or https://dashen.afrotender.com   to access the biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) starting from December 22, 2025.
2. All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank's supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/ .
3. Renewed Commercial Registration, Business License, TIN Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and Incorporation Documents (i.e., Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, Bylaws, Minutes, etc.) are required while submitting the bid document.
4. Bidders shall present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) or at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal/or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days for each bid reference Number.
5. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document for both bid reference numbers.
6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on January 5, 2025, up to 5:00 PM for bid ref.no.at the place mentioned under No. 8 below.
7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at the Dashen Bank Head Office Building, 7th Floor, Supply Chain Management Department meeting hall, tentatively on January 06, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above shall result in automatic rejection.
