Engender Health is a leading global women's health organization with a vision to create a gender-equal world where all people achieve their sexual and reproductive health and rights. In Ethiopia, Engender Health is legally registered with the Charities & Societies Agency under license no. 1233. Currently, Engender Health supports the Federal Ministry of Health in the expansion of Family Planning and other Reproductive health services in more than 320 wored as across 8 regions and 2 city administrations supporting more than 1830 health centers/hospitals and 2000 health.

Engender Health is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct an endline evaluation of the Reach Expand Access and Community Health (REACH) project. An integrated SRHR, MHM and WASH project implemented in Jimma and Borena Zones.

Interested and qualified consulting firms can collect the Term of Reference from Engender Health office or by requesting via email address SGorago@eadh.org  starting from De 15,2025 during office hours (Morning 8:30am - 12:30 pm and Afternoon 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm).

The financial proposal should be sealed into envelope separately and marked "Financial" proposals. However, technical proposals can be sent either via email address SGoraga@egdh.org  or delivered to EngenderHealth office.

The deadline for submission will be Dec 22, 2025 @ 10:00 local time in the afternoon.
