- The city Government of Addis Ababa cleansing Management Agency has plan to conduct a study to select feasible technology for handling compostable organic waste to enhance an integrated Solid Waste Management system in Addis Ababa city.

- The Bidding will be conducting in accordance with the national competitive bidding procedure contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Government of the federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and opening to all bidders from eligible source.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from CGAACMA and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at from 8.30AM to 5:30PM
- A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchase by interested bidders at the address given below at 9th floor upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300.00 (three hundred birr). The method of payment will be in cash. Interested eligible bidder my obtain further information from CGAACMA inspect the bidding document person from 10th floor at address below City Government of Addis Ababa Cleansing Management Agency (CGAACMA) sited on Eribekntu (h6 (h3+) Avenue, a building at "YONATAN' Tower located in front side of Ethiopian statistics Agency.
- Qualification requirement include legal professional, Technical Proposal (original and copy), & financial (original, and Copy) admissibility of the bids, as detailed in the bidding Document. In addition a bidder shall submit a renewed certificate of competence showing that it is consultant License.
- Bids shall be closed on 26 December/2025G.C at 10:00 AM and, opened the presence of the bidder 'represent who choose to attend in person at the address below on that day at 10:30 Am. Late bid will be reject.
CGAACMA reserve the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
