Mid Term Review Strategic Plan

Bunna Insurance S.C is seeking qualified consultants to submit proposals for the development of Mid-term Review 2023/24 -2027/28 Strategic plans. This strategic plan will guide our organization in achieving its goals and objectives over the next years.

1. 1. 1. Project Overview:

The primary objective of this consultancy is to create a strategic plan that aligns with our mission and vision, addresses current challenges, and identifies future opportunities. The selected consultant will be expected to conduct a thorough analysis of our organization, engage with stakeholders, and facilitate strategic planning sessions.

• 1. 2. Scope of Work:
• Conduct a comprehensive strategic Review, including Progress Evaluation, Analyze efficiency of execution, evaluate impact analysis, gap identification and strategic recommendations.
  1. 3. Eligibility Criteria:
• Experience of conducting strategic reviews, preferably in financial services or insurance
• Proven experience in Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Methodology
• Experience in organizational development, risk management, and financial analysis.
• Team composition including: Strategy expert (Team leader), financial analyst, Risk & compliance expert, organizational development specialist and insurance sector subject-matter expert.
• Preferred qualifications: work experience in East Africa or Ethiopia, Familiarity with insurance regulatory frameworks.
  1. 4. Deliverables: Inception report, Interim report, Draft final report, Final strategic review report

1. Presentation to executive management & board of directors
   1. 5. Timeline: 8-10 weeks from contract signing
      6. Submission Requirements: Technical and financial documents

• Technical proposal should include: Sealed document of one original and one copy Renewed trade licenses, tax clearance, vat certificate, understanding of the TOR, Methodology, Team composition &CVs, Relevant experience and work plan.
• Financial proposal: sealed document of one original and one copy Detailed cost breakdown
  1. Submission Details:
• Interested firms should purchase the document with 200 birr and submit their bid including technical document, bid security of Birr 20,000 /CPO or unconditional bank guarantee/ and financial documents from December 07/2025 to December 22/2025 bid will close on22/12/25 at 4:00 Am local time and will be opened at 4:30 Am local time on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the company board meeting room.
