- Partial or No Award: The Organization reserves the right to make a partial award or none at all.
- Publication of Results: The Organization may publish details of awarded contracts and notify unsuccessful bidders.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Proof of legal status.
- TIN and Renewed Trade License.
- Evidence of comparable work or track records with tangible documents showing good performance records from the companies you provided service.
- Qualifications of key personnel
- Proof of VAT or income tax payments
