So far, it has served more than 4 million people with safe water, sanitation and hygiene.

TenderSure TM is a secure, transparent e-procurement platform. Interested suppliers can access the tender on the TenderSureTM website link https://www.tendersure.africa/ under the "Available Jobs" tab. Access to the tender will be granted upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 1,500.00, Inclusive of 15% VAT. The online Tender opens on 8 December 2025 and closes on 19 December 2025 at 1:30 pm EAT.

Important Notes

1. All participants who duly complete the Tender process online will be notified of the outcome via email.
2. Online Access: Bidders may access the bid advertisement from both the Tender Sure website www.tendersure.africa (under available jobs) and the WaterAid website: www.wateraid.org/et
3. Eligibility Documents: Bids must include a renewed business license, company registration certificate, and TIN registration certificate. These documents should be submitted online, the same as the technical proposal.
4. Bid Security: A bid bond of 2% of the total fee is required, in the form of a bank guarantee or CPO valid for at least three (3) months from the date of bid opening. The original bid bond must be attached to the TenderSure System.
5. WaterAid reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as a whole or in part at its own discretion.
