IFB Title: - Office Equipment
The Somali Regional State Bureau of Innovation and Technology here by invite all interested and eligible bidders for the supply, installation, and operationalization works required for the establishment of the Somali Region Innovation Hub as described under the listed Lots.

- Eligibility Requirements,
- Interested bidders shall submit copies of the following valid documents:
- Renewed business license for the fiscal year
- VAT and TIN registration certificates
- Tax clearance showing the bidder has fulfilled all obligations to the Federal and Regional Revenue Authority,
- Bid Submission Requirements
- The Somali Regional State Bureau of Innovation and Technology (SRBIT) invite all eligible bidders to submit sealed bids containing one original copy and one financial and technical proposal in separate envelopes for the procurement of the following Lots:
- Lot 1: LAN, CCTV, & Platform Development
- Lot 2: Water Tank, Generator Foundation, Interior Design
- Lot 3: Procurement of Electronic Equipment, Furniture and Tools
- Bid validity
- Bids shall be valid for 15 days starting from the date of publication on the Ethiopian Herald.
- Bid Security
- Bid security shall be valid for 90 days after bid opening.
- Bid security must be submitted in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO equal to 2% of the total bid price.
- Bids without bid security will be rejected automatically.
- Bid Document Purchase
- A complete set of bid documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the Somali Regional State Bureau of Innovation & Technology, Administration Directorate, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 600.
- Bid Submission & Opening
- Bids must be delivered to the address below before the bid closing date at 9:30 AM.
- Late submissions will be rejected.
- If the closing date falls on a public holiday or weekend, the next working day shall be considered.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives at 9:30 A.M in the Bureau's Conference Room.
- Right to Reject
The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any part of the bid or the entire bid process.
