- Ridding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures as outlined in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Bidding is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr Ethiopian Agricultural Trans 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) via Commercial Bank of Ethiopia A/CNo. 1000517806424 (Original Deposit Slip Required).
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2:00 PM December 15, 202 Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below at 2:30 PM December 15, 2025.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 350,000.00 (ETB Three Hundred Fifty Thousand). And the bid security shall be Unconditional Bank Guarantee/CPO.
- Bidder should submit a copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration certificate. TIN certificate and supplier registration certificate.
- The purchaser reserves the right to cancel any or all bids.
