Invitation to Participate for Diesel Fuel Supply

We are pleased to extend a formal invitation to your esteemed company to supply fuel (gasoil) products under our specified conditions. This supply will be used for our corporation's vehicles, machinery, and generators, with delivery to be managed by our company.

As part of our logistics and operational requirements, we are seeking a reliable supplier of Fuel (Gasoil) as per the preliminary conditions, delivery schedule and dispatch distance.

Preliminary Conditions for Supply:

Quality Assurance: Fuel products must comply with Ethiopian fuel quality specifications.

Delivery Schedule: 50,000 liters per month (25,000 liter per two week) and the schedule is continuing for 12 months.

Delivery location: Addis Ababa, Kirkos sub city, Sierra Leon Street (around Meshuwalekiya)

Pricing Structure: The prices shall remain unchanged during the life of this Agreement except when Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration or any other competent Government Authority establishes price change including transport Tariff. Any change of price will be passed over to the buyer through price revision with effect from date of price changes.

The vendor should supply with an aerial price sated by Ministry of Trade and regional integration for each delivery location.

Payment Terms: Upon delivery.

Advance Payment: - 30% advance payment for each delivery can be paid with the provision of Unconditional Bank Guaranty/CPO of equivalent amount and it will be totally installed before the total payment is effected for the delivery.

Companies interested in participating this fuel supply are invited to deliver their financial and technical proposal starting from Nov.23/2025 to Dec.02/2025G.c

Opening date: - Dec.02/2025G.c at 10:30 AM

Note: If the closing and opening day falls on a weekend and holyday, it will be moved to the next working day.
