- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Bank and other relevant laws of the country and is open to all eligible bidders.
- A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be obtained from the Procurement Division of Awash Bank located at Headquarter Building, 12th floor, upon producing a receipt of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (five hundred) for each lot by depositing it in Account Number 01540000544500 at any Awash Bank Branch or through AWASH BIRR during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.; 1:00 p.m.-4:30 pm and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) starting from November 11, 2025, upon presentation of a copy of a renewed trade license, certificate of registration, tax clearance certification, VAT registration certificate, and TIN registration certificate for local bidders.
- Eligible bidders may submit their bids in the bidding document sent to them, in their own names only.
- The bids must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of;
- Birr 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand) for LOT-1.
- Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand) for LOT-2.
- Birr 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand) for LOT-3.
- Birr 150,000.00 (One hundred fifty thousand) for LOT-4.
- Birr 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand) for LOT-5.
- Birr 200,000.00 (Two hundred thousand) for LOT-6.
- Birr 500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand) for LOT-7.
- The bid bond shall be in the form of an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee letter from other than the purchaser's bank or a cashier's payment order (CPO) from any local bank.
- Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before:
- November 25, 2025 at 10:00 AM for LOT-1, LOT-2 and LOT-3
- November 26, 2025 at 10:00 AM for LOT-4, LOT-5 and LOT-6,
- November 27, 2025 at 10:00 AM for LOT-7, in the above-mentioned address.
- The technical bid opening shall be held at the office of the Procurement & Supplies Management Directorate located at Awash Towers, 12th floor, in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend on:
- November 25, 2025 at 10:30 AM for LOT-1, at 10:45 AM for LOT-2 at 11:00 For LOT,3
- November 26,2025 at 10:30 AM for LOT-4, at 10:45 For LOT 5 and at 11:00 For LOT 6.
- November 27, 2025 at 10:30 AM for LOT-7 in the above-mentioned address.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of Procurement Division Tel. 011 557-1107/008
- Failure to comply any of the conditions from item 2 to 7 above shall entail automatic rejection.
- The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
