INVITATION TO INSURANCE BID

Menschen fur Menschen (MfM) Foundation is an international non-governmental humanitarian development organization supporting community development initiatives across various regions of Ethiopia.

As part of safeguarding its assets, the Foundation regularly insures its properties (vehicles, machinery, and building facilities) against potential risks.

The Foundation now invites all interested and eligible bidders who fulfill the legal and operational requirements stated in the bid documents to purchase the bid documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 1000.00 (One Thousand Birr) from Menschen fur Menschen (MfM) Foundation Coordination Office, located at Bole Bulbuls, around 93 Mazorla, within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date this invitation is published in the newspaper. Bidders are kindly requested to submit their offers in accordance with the instructions provided in the bid documents within the stipulated time frame.

The bid shall be closed at 2:00 p.m. on the 10th calendar day from the date of this announcement and opened on the same day at 2:30 p.m. in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.

If the 10th calendar day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the bid shall be. Closed and opened on the next working day at the same time.
