Hope for Korah Ethiopia (HFK) plans to purchase one high-roof fuel minibus through National Competitive Bidding (NCB).

- Bidders must have valid renewed business licenses for fiscal year 2018 E.C., VAT and TIN certificates.
- Tender documents can be obtained from the HFK office before November 16, 2025, upon payment of a non-refundable ETB 200 to CBE Account No. 1000442768661.
- Bids must be submitted to the HFK office on or before November 17, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. They will close at 10:00 A.M. and open the same day at 2:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders & HFK representatives.
- Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes.
- Each bidder must provide a bid security of ETB 50,000 in the form of a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee addressed to "HOPE FOR KORAH".
- The selected bidder shall provide a 10% performance bond in an acceptable bank guarantee form.
- Bids shall remain valid for 10 working days. HFK reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
