TENDER NOTICE

To further its commitment, WaterAid Ethiopia (WAE) invites eligible and qualified consultancy firms to submit bids for the Supply and Installation of Solar Water pumping system for Sirima community as per the Tender Requirement (Ref no SPS/OB/25/00019).

Important Notes

1. All participants who duly complete the Tender process online will be notified of the outcome via email.
2. Online Access: Bidders may access the bid advertisement from both the Tender sure website and the WaterAid website: www.wateraid.org/et
3. Eligibility Documents: Bids must include a renewed business license, company registration certificate, and TIN registration certificate.
4. Bid Security: A bid bond of 2% of the total fee is required in the form of a bank guarantee or CPO valid for at least three (3) months from the date of bid opening. The original bid bond shall be submitted on the closing date directly to the WaterAid Office located at Bole Sub-City, in front of Bole Medhanialem Church, Next to Edna Mall, United Insurance Building, 3rd Floor Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and upload the copy on the TenderSure System.
5. WaterAid reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as a whole or in part at its own discretion.
