Hibret Insurance S.C. invites eligible and qualified law firms to submit sealed bids for the provision of legal advisory services to facilitate the Company's registration of securities with the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) and subsequent listing by introduction on the Ethiopian Securities Exchange (ESX).

INVITATION FOR COMPETITIVE BIDDING

1. 1. Hibret Insurance S.C. invites eligible and qualified law firms to submit sealed bids for the provision of legal advisory services to facilitate the Company's registration of securities with the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) and subsequent listing by introduction on the Ethiopian Securities Exchange (ESX).
   2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering policy and procedure of the Company and other relevant laws of the country, and it is open to all eligible bidders.
   3. Interested bidders may obtain the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) from Hibret Insurance S.C Head Office Building, Churchill Road around Tewodros II Square, 1st floor cashier office, without payment starting from October 27, 2025, during official working hours (8:00 AM-5:00 PM).
   4. Bidders must submit the following documents with their technical proposal: a valid Law Firm License from the Ministry of Justice, a renewed Trade License, a VAT Registration Certificate, a valid Tax Clearance Certificate, and a TIN Certificate.
   5. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of ETB 10,000.00 (ten thousand birr) in the form of CPO or bank guarantee.
   6. Sealed bids Technical and financial documents must be submitted separately in person to the Hibret Insurance S.C. Head Office Building, Churchill Road around Tewodros II Square, 9th Floor, Human Capital and Property Administration Department.
   7. The bid will be closed on November 3, 2025, at 2:00 PM and opened the same date at 3:00 PM at the Company's headquarters. The presence of bidders or their authorized representatives is welcome to attend.
