Somali Regional State Roads Bureau intends to invite qualified Company of Transport for the providing of transportation services for the following Maintenance Gravel Road Projects.

1. Bidders should be nationally or regionally registered by the authorized body to conduct consultant services and have license valid for the year 2017 EFY. Bidders should submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the consultant is engaged and must be registered in the public procurement and property administration agency's supplies list.
2. Valid VAT registration certificate and taxpayer registration.
3. Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids.

1. Bidders can get the scanned bid document from Oct 16, to Oct 30, 2025 G.C by paying a non- refundable of ETB 1,500.00 (One thousand Five Hundred Birr only) to Somali Regional State Roads Bureau, procurement, directorate at working hours.

4. The Service shall be completed within 330 calendrer days from the commencement of the work.
5. Bidders must respond to all requirements set out in the bid document and complete their offer in a detailed and understandable way.
6. Failure to submit bids in the required format, will in almost all circumstances, result in the rejection of the bid.
7. Bids must detail all costs identified in the bid document. Additionally, bids must detail any other costs whatsoever that could be incurred.
8. Minimum mandatory requirements of specifications or contract performance are Company Profile, Evidence of origin of vehicles/ machineries, Valid license, Bank statement for last two years, Relevant Experience with the follow of recommendations.
9. The bidder must be able to deliver these services for all Zones in Somali Regional State i.e. should have vehicles/Machineries that operate within all districts in Somali Regional State.
10. Submission of Tenders must be delivered in the following ways. 

1. Submit Sealed envelope for your financial and technical proposals Marked BID FOR TRANSPORT SERVICES in two separate pages.
2. Please submit in a sealed envelope marked BID FOR TRANSPORT SERVICES for with the words before the deadline 30th October 2025 2:30 PM. The bid document will be opened at 02:30 PM (Afternoon) October 30, 2025 G.C just 30 minutes after bid submission closing time. For More Information:
