Bid Participation and Submission Guidelines:
- Eligibility Documents:
Bids must include a renewed business license, company registration certificate, and TIN registration certificate. These documents should be submitted together with the financial proposal.
- Bid Submission Deadline:
All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the WAE office no later than October 27, 2025, by 1:30 PM.
- Bid Security:
A bid bond of 2% of the total fee is required in the form of a bank guarantee or CPO valid for at least three (3) months from the date of bid opening. The original bid bond must be attached to the original financial proposal.
- Envelope Identification:
Envelopes must clearly display the bidder's name, address, legal stamp, and the reference number Ref. (Tyre/OB/25/00016).
- Proposal Format:
The financial proposal original and copy must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, each marked "ORIGINAL" and "COPY". Each copy must be stamped and sealed. In the case of any discrepancies, the original version will be considered final.
- Bid Opening:
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend on October 27, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Water Aid Ethiopia office.
